This course gives supervisors, managers and others with key roles in food production the knowledge, understanding and practical expertise to implement, maintain and monitor good food hygiene procedures on a day to day basis

Level 3 Award in Supervising HACCP
A course for managers and supervisors in most high-risk or large manufacturers, caterers or retailers. The syllabus conforms to the HACCP Training Standard and is widely accepted by external auditors and inspectors as proof of subject area knowledge

Level 4 Award in HACCP in Manufacturing
This course provides the knowledge and understanding to design, implement and verify HACCP systems. It provides the knowledge to assist in leading HACCP teams, managing HACCP systems and assist in auditing HACCP systems.

Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety
This course provides management with an in-depth knowledge of food hygiene, which enables them to formulate, implement and manage a superior food hygiene policy and to train candidates for the Level 2 Food Safety Certificate if they have a Professional trainers Certificate
