Open Courses

Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders (formerly NCPLH)
The qualification needed for anyone wishing to apply for a personal licence and suited for anyone required to authorise sales of alcohol within England and Wales.

Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) Level 3
This qualification sets the minimum standard required for anyone wishing to teach in the lifelong learning sector.

Training Skills and Practice (TSP) Level 3
The replacement for the popular Professional Trainer Certificate and ideal for anyone wanting to develop practical training skills.

'In House' Courses

Internal auditing
This is a good introduction to auditing for those people who will be required to audit internal food safety systems and processes for their efficiency and conformance to legal and industry requirements.

Level 2 Nutrition
The course will be of interest to candidates involved in catering, food and health related occupations and also to carers, community workers, fitness trainers and others that have a role in the promotion of health

Level 3 Nutrition
The qualifications learning outcomes cover a study of the role in nutrients, the nutritional value of food and diets, the effect of processing on food and the effect of food on health. This is then applied to the process of menu and meal planning.
